What Waist?! is an abs program that provides exercise routines specifically designed to target your waistline. This program will help you develop core strength while achieving a perfectly toned stomach. I’ve shared staple abs exercises that will tone, slim and sculpt the muscles around the midsection, cardio recommendations and diet tips to getting a snatched waist. There are 6 workouts that you will be alternating through that can be added to any strength training routine or you can do them as a circuit 2-3 times per week.
Unlike the other programs on my website, there aren’t daily workouts. What Waist?! is structured differently, with workouts that can be repeated as many days/times and can be paired with the Ms New Booty guide for a complete program.
